Looking to bid on house at court house starts at $4086

Looking to buy my first foreclosure. Has a rental tenant that pays $850 a month. Starting bid is $4086 which covers unpaid back taxes. Never bid on a house before. This home is actually across the street from me and the tenants plan on to continue renting. Any pointers in bidding, Ive never done this so have no clue on what to expect or how many people will be there. I plan on renting for a year and then renovating it to sale being I’m a general contractor and own a construction company. Any pointers would be great thanks!!
