Get in touch with mortgage company

Good afternoon everyone,

There is a abandoned property I am interested in buying. The owners have packed up and left. The house has been vacant for over two months now.

I did a title search and tried to contact the current owners. I’ve left letters at the property and called every phone number I could find with no luck.

JP Morgan Chase out of Columbus Ohio is the current mortgage holder. I’ve tried to contact them as well and have had no luck at all.

Anyone ever have this same issue? What is the best way to get in touch with the bank to see if I can purchase the home before it goes into official foreclosure?

Thank you all in advance.
