How to put a deal together for a partner?
What information do you provide when putting together a deal for a partner? I'm looking at multifamily long term investments and want to put together packages to take to a partner. I want to show him that I have done my homework. So I can calculate the ROI, get the average rent in the area, I can probably look up expenses (if you have tips on this please share), taxes, comps in the area. What else?
