Flooding house
I bought a house and discovered it floods during heavy rain storms. I have spent thousands of dollars to try and fix it, but now I have ran out of money. I am now underwater figuratively and literally. Does anyone knows of any programs that may help me? It now has toxic mold (I had an inspector come in) and was told I have to fix the water problem before having it removed.
