Demo lien statutes Florida ??
Do demo liens have a statute of limitations?
Also, I took this land lot in Florida (Polk county) to tax deed auction, meaning I paid off the back taxes and then it went to auction.
When I did that, the county did a title search and found no liens on the property.
NOW... I was about to sell the property and some demo lien in amount of around $1,400 popped up.
I NEVER got any notices about this lien ever...
I'm so annoyed about this... what can I do?
This demo lien goes back to 2010, isn't there a statute of limitations on these?
Also, wouldn't a tax deed auction... wipe out this demo lien??
Any help would be great
Thanks!
