Should I be nervous about this?
I am attempting to purchase my first property in a Florida tax deed sale. The property has agreement on file with the county in which the owner is responsible for sewage repair and mat. Is this a normal occurrence?
I have no way of inspecting the property since it is a tax deed sale. What would you budget for worst case cost projection if the sewage system was in need of repair?
In case it matters, its a two unit apartment building.
Thanks
