Auction.com homeowner question
Hello All... Can a homeowner with a property on Auction.com accept a cash offer and prevent the Auction.com sale?
I have approached several homeowners in this situation and I have one that is engaging in the conversation.

As long as it is the actual foreclosure auction sale, as opposed to a REO sale, yes. You'll likely have to close prior to the auction date.
