taking possession of a property after tax deed when resident has a lease

I am looking to purchase my first property at a tax deed auction in Central FL. The home is currently occupied by renters who have a lease with the current owner.

What is the proper protocol to take possession of the home if the cash for keys approach does not work.

Do the renters have 5days or 30days to vacate?
Am I obligated to let them live there until their lease ends?
