How to analyze a stigmatized property?
We are looking at a single family at present, bank owned, looks like a good deal, however.... how do we handle disclosure( there was a murder in the house 5 yrs ago) It’s a great neighborhood, we have a contractor etc
We have not approached a lender yet.
Any advice?

I did several deals in NY, and if I recall correctly, NY does not require disclosure of murder, death, or suicide at the property. it's been some years since I've played in that area so check with a local broker to make sure.
