Could someone share some reliable websites that list pre-foreclosures and foreclosures? Im in the New England area in case you need to know.

 If they are selling 30/60/90 info and you are not an institution with a permissible use provision, both you and them potentially run afoul of some pretty stiff rules/laws. You can only get that information on a credit report. Only someone with a permissible use can get access to a credit report. Employers, property management companies, creditors, law enforcement, could all be those with permissible use. Marketing companies targeting potential clients may get some borrower information but again...under permissible use and it will not contain 30/60/90 data. Anyone selling it to someone without permissible use is violating the terms of their agreement with the furnisher at the very least and potentially violating state and federal laws.

Even if you have legal access to the data, what you do with that data you obtained legally, is highly regulated. Selling it to someone without a permissible use, is not allowed. That's about as basic of example of identity theft as I can think of. Credit history is not public information.
