Period of Forbearance

I did some research on avoiding foreclosure for mortgage borrower and didn't find that much about the period that lender usually agree when borrower and lender enter into forbearance agreement. I understand there are lot of attributes that lender take into consideration, but want to know is there are range of date/month in general ?  Thank you

There is no normal range. A forbearance could be for a multitude of reasons. It could be formal or informal. It could be recorded or unrecorded. It could be required by statute, by investor guideline, by declaration, or by discretion. It could be for days, weeks, months or years. It could be denied. It could be contingent upon performance. It all depends.
