Time to Close on a Reverse Mortgage Owned property?

I'm looking at a foreclosed property owned by a reverse mortgage company called "Reverse Mortgage Solutions, Inc."  Has anyone closed with either this specific company or a different reverse mortgage bank and can provide some insight on how long they take?  Seems likely they may take just as long as other bank owned properties.  Would love some real experience input.
