"No FHA loans" remark on a listed SS
MLS remarks suggest "No FHA loans". Nothing is stated about "cash only or 203 loans". However, it states "Needs some TLC, as-is condition".
Any idea as to why an FHA loan would not be acceptable? Too ugly? Too much work needed?

FHA loans have very strict inspection requirements. If the property isn't just about perfect, it won't pass. FHA loans and "needs work" don't go together.
Now, there are FHA rehab loans, which might work. But regular FHA homeowner loans are strict.
