Buying a HUD Home

I am in the process of buying a HUD home to have for retirement. It's in my daughter's neighborhood, and about 1 1/2 hours from my current home. I can (but may or may not) retire this coming spring. I visit frequently, and so would stay at the house on weekends and vacations. Does this satisfy HUD's owner occupied rule, or could I run into trouble?
