Determining ARV New Wholesaler
Ok, so I'm about to start wholesaling foreclosures in my area (seen a few, actually in decent shape, require minimal repairs for area). How would I determine ARV? I keep reading about 70% but I'm not sure I understand. Thanks

@Sheila Campbell ARV is the After Repair Value—what is the home going to be worth once it has been rehabbed. The only way to accurately determine this number is to run comps on the property.
