After Foreclosure Auction Help
Okay so I just got off the phone with the dad of the homeowner who has been getting all the letters/notices from his sons house. His sons house was bought for:
5/7/2003 | $107,000 |
The foreclosure hearing was the 27th of February, It was auctioned but the banked declined the offer.
4/11/2018 | Listing removed | $74,900
2/1/2018 | Pending sale | $74,900
2/1/2018 | Listed for sale | $74,900 |
The son is underwater 23,000 on his payments, monthly payments of 1,100.
Is this too late to do anything with, ARV in the range of 160-180ks.
