After Foreclosure Auction Help

Posted

Okay so I just got off the phone with the dad of the homeowner who has been getting all the letters/notices from his sons house. His sons house was bought for:

5/7/2003$107,000

The foreclosure hearing was the 27th of February, It was auctioned but the banked declined the offer.

4/11/2018Listing removed$74,900
2/1/2018Pending sale$74,900
2/1/2018Listed for sale$74,900

The son is underwater 23,000 on his payments, monthly payments of 1,100.

Is this too late to do anything with, ARV in the range of 160-180ks.
