New to Pre Foreclosures

Robert Shaffer
Posted

Hi There

Thanks for letting me in.

I went to a Financial Education Seminar last weekend, my first.

After all the upselling attempts, I filtered through all the Real Estate opportunities presented and found the Pre Foreclosures most appealing. They spoke of how you can help families by preventing the foreclosure and saving their credit.

Since I went through the full foreclosure process myself 10 or so years ago, helping others in this situation appeals to me.

I am looking for the most direct path to learning Pre Foreclosure investing. Is it something a newbie can do? The unknowns and pitfalls, as well as the proper steps.
