Foreclosure Guidance - Outside of Philadelphia, PA
I came across a foreclosure on Trulia with the "Starting Bid Price" listed at $31,698. The foreclosure type is listed as "Judicial." I am familiar with the market and know that this property has to be valued well over $500k (previously sold in 1997 for $453,500). Can the starting BID price really be that low? Also, where would I begin to even inquire about this property? The only contact listed on Trulia is for a Foreclosure Attorney. I have called the number listed but can't seem to get through. I realize that the property will be sold at a foreclosure auction, but I want to be able to find out more information prior to that if possible. Any advice on where to begin this process would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
