Received pre foreclosure letter then was able to make payment
My wife and I received a pre foreclosure letter but were able to pay our past due balance. Does this mean we are not in pre foreclosure any more? I was out of work for a few months and we are trying to catch up but this is the second month in a row we will be late on our mortgage and we are concerned about foreclosure. Thanks in advance!
