Are we creating the next market crash?
Are we, investors, creating the next market correction? We have been talking for over a year about how great things are. We've been saying based on historical data the housing market has been up for to long, it must come down. All this talk has worked it's way to the consumer. See CNBC's video attached, showing October sales have slowed causing closings 45-60 days later to go down. Why did we have to talk so negatively? Has this created the market correction that now seems eminent? You thoughs?
