Best NOD/NOTS Calling Lists

I am looking at calling on NOD/NOTS in California and have been looking for the best phone number provider. I have briefly looked at RedX but the few numbers I called were wrong. Any suggestions? Someone mentioned ListSource, but I am trying to figure out a service that sends the leads like RedX and similar ones to a dialer like Mojo instead of a service that I have to manually query like ListSource and manually upload into my dialer. However, if there is a great phone list out there that's manual, I can make it work.
