Foreclosure Bidding Service

Miguel Bosch
Posted

Hello all,

I am considering starting a foreclosure service for investors wanting to bid at auction, but cannot attend. I reside in NJ, and I believe it would be a good service, as NJ sheriff sales requires bids to be placed in person.  I just wanted to bounce this idea off of everyone before I start hunting for insurance and create the entity.  What do you think?

Additionally, I have experience with foreclosure sales and I am currently an licensed real estate agent. I can provide additional services such as comparables and if the property is reasonably close take pictures.
