Worst Asset Manager Ever

I thought this might be a fun game.

What is the worst (read- most asinine) interaction you've had with an asset manager?

This could be during a negotiation or during an escrow, but I think I just had mine.

Today, I had an Asset Manager respond in CO #3 with a higher net than they offered in CO #1. Put another way, CO #1 was a net of $450,500, and CO #3 was a net of $450,940.

Has anyone else ever seen an AM go backwards like this? Is there any logic to doing so? Or are they just trying to get rid of us? Also, we are the only offer (multiple offers was not checked) and the list price is $459K (this is for a retail buyer).
