Strategy on preforeclosure
I am new with investing and want to help people who are in pre-foreclosure. I want to know how would I help someone who is upside down? What type of creative financing strategies are viable for that?

If you don’t have the actual ability to buy, the best way you can “help” them....is stay away from them. The last thing they need is for someone to tie up their property, then walking away just before their auction date because they couldn’t flip it, giving them no time to sell to a real buyer.
