Has anyone here had any success buying at the Philadelphia DA forfeiture sales?

$5000 for a row home seems like a good buy even in the toughest of neighborhoods.

Might be interesting to get a whole block and maybe a group of investors to rehab the whole neighborhood.

It is the same as sheriff sale, gamble on what is in side could be a winner or a build-in skylight (no roof)
