Finally Got a REO. Does anyone in Atlanta recommend any contractors?

Thanks everyone for the advice and insight on picking up a REO. As I stated before I was looking for one to use as my primary residence. I put in about 6 different offers and got two accepted. Went with the house my wife liked the most...the 4920 Red Robin in Alpharetta, GA. We offered $235K, received highest and best notice and we picked it up for a cash deal of $242,000. Closed on it yesterday.

I was just wondering if anyone in the Atlanta area can recommend any contractors. I want to do the following to the place now that we are in the process of moving in:

1) New carpeting of about 800-1000 sq ft
2) Want to finish a room in the basement
3) Wife is not happy with the granite in kitchen, so want to rip it out and replace and enlarge the island area in kitchen
4) Need some plumbing work done
5) Want to rip out the shower and tub in master and modernize
6) Iron balusters on stairs
6) Need A/C work done

And a few other odds and ends.

If anyone in Atlanta has any recomendations I would greatly appreciate it.
