I am getting myself ready to buy 2 foreclosures early next year and I wanted to see what recommendations ya'll have for me on this subject I know I can make money on them in the area I will be buying but what draw backs are there ? And what might I have to look out for ? Taking on this adventure. I want to buy 2 at a time do light rehab and get them back on the market ASAP! Is this a good way to start any pointers?
