I’m going to be bidding for a property on Xome.com. This will be my first time and it’s a REO. The auction is all cash. I have the funds, but I also have a family member interested in splitting the deal. she has offered to come In as a 25% partner. Does the auction company care where the money comes from? Can we send it in two wires or does it have to be a single wire? Would she have to be on title (She prefers not to be) Ideally she would wire It In from her account and Id write her a check when we sell. Allowed.?
