what is wrong with the property?

I don't know much about all the real estate business but I've been doing alot of research lately because of offering a bid on an REO.

I just found a short sale listing which is well within our price range. I just wonder why it's listed so low and it looks like it's been on and off the market for a while.

It looks awesome for the asking price so why no takers? Must be something wrong or just lack of buyers in that price range (which is difficult to believe).

We're going to try to get in to see it. I think the current info is it's back on the market for a short sale.
