Here is a fsbo I found tried to contact him and received a message. I feel that, could the gov. be setting up stings? Here is the article,

My first impression is that he can't proffit from a short sale that is bank fraud I believe.... Second he wants me to buy and negotiate and then split the proffits 50/50 with 1000. from a renter? Any thoughts from anyone?
