Marketing to Pre and Pending Foreclosure Homeowners
Hey Guys, this is my first post and I’m hoping to hear from you what works best when looking to acquire properties before foreclosure auction. I currently receive a weekly report outlining both “pre” and “pending” foreclosures in my local area.
What has been working with you all to acquire or at least get these properties under contract prior to the auction? If you use a letter, what kind of verbiage do you use and most importantly how do you differentiate yourself from other investors. I know door knocking is great, but if no one answers, do you leave a door hanger? I want to get a good system in place so I can have a good shot at this segment. Thanks for your input!
