I made an offer for a HUD house and just got an acceptant yesterday. . It includes the inspection report. I wonder if it's necessary to do another inspection again?
Thank you

I do my own HUD inspections and my rehab/repair estimate is always higher than theirs. And my actual rehab costs have always been higher than their numbers.
