Newbie Looking to Discuss Foreclosures in Cuyahoga County, OH

Hello Everyone!

I am a newbie investor based in CA looking for my first deal. After months of going back and forth on my strategy I have decided out of state investing is the way to go.

I am just looking to connect with a folks in Cuyahoga County that are very knowledgeable about foreclosures. Specifically I am interested in properties in Euclid as I grew up there and have intimate knowledge of the area. My plan is to use the BRRR method and I will be looking to fund the deal with cash at about 40k (is this realistic?) all in or less. I also have family in the area who can check out the exteriors of the properties for me.

I am looking for general tips of how to manage the process and things to look out for. Especially when it comes to estimating rehab costs!

I appreciate anybody that can help point me in the right direction!

Thanks,

Toby
