Foreclosure Recinded But Deed Filed Incorrectly

How can I correct a deed that was filed incorrectly after foreclosure was rescinded? I did a quick claim deed that granted me a home and then the home went into foreclosure but was rescinded. After the foreclosure was rescinded the deed appears that it was conveyed back to the original owners instead of myself but I never conveyed it back to anyone. Do I need to follow with the attorney that rescinded the foreclosure?
