Need Greenville, SC flip friendly title company

I have an upcoming deal for which we will need a flip friendly title company located in the Greenville, SC area. The short sale is from Bank of America, and we anticipate that there will be the item #10, which will state "there must be no transfers of property within 30 days of the closing of this transaction". The plan is to close A-B with one attorney/title company, and then close the B-C transaction with another attorney/title company within days of the A-B closing. We need a title company (or two) in the Greenville, SC area that is of the philosophy that they will not interpret this short sale approval letter as requiring that a deed restriction be placed on the property stating it can't transfer for 30 days.

Any recommendations?
