Hud real estate agents
I have a few questions concerning Hud registered brokers. Can a hud registered broker place bids on any of the hud homes or only ones that are in his or her state? Also how can I find a hud registered broker that can bid on hud homes in Florida?

You can only place a bid in the state or states that you are registered with HUD. The system will not allow a bid to be placed out of state
You can go to Hud homestore.com and click on the find a Agent tab to find an agent on Florida
