Williams & Williams auction Rejections continue

Posted

This auction house has come to South Carolina and this is one unhappy consumer. Three rejections on the same home after a month of chasing down folks at Williams & Williams (Tulsa, OK.). Guess it's one of those life lessons, would really like to know if there is any legal recourse on their selling practices? Century 21 Greenville was the front man (active MLS listing agent) they would not take any offers and sent us to the auction and W&W. Followed W&W contract terms and after a month dropped like a hot potatoe. We feel violated, they should have to devulge stats on offers received. From all the posts I'm finding it appears to be a new sales tactic.
