REO and Package performance stats

Can anyone suggest a resource for overall averages of performance data on of REO resales by city?

I'm working on polishing some marketing material for one of our fundraisers and he's requested 3rd party data that would represent that the resale margins we saw on our last package were representative of average market performance (or not as the case may be).

I've tried a couple of data companies and the NAR, but I keep being told that foreclosure purchase values and existing home resale values are 2 different data sets (at which point they offer to partner with another company to charge me an arm and a leg for a custom report).
