Questions about getting utilities on for HUD home inspection
I am getting a FHA loan 203(b) for a HUD house. I was told by realtor that I need to get gas, water and electric on for inspection. My questions are:
Do I have to give my social security number to get them turned on?
How much does it cost to get them turned on and off again?
