Fannie Mae REO on Auction.com closing delayed again!

I'm under contract for an SF in Ewing, NJ through Auction.com. It's a FNMA property which we were supposed to close in early December 2017. The closing is delayed yet again because their title company does not have clear title.  Is this the norm?  What is the average time period before closing on FNMA properties?
