C buyer agent requesting HUD1's for lender
I have an agent for a C buyer on one of my short sales that is adament that NO lender in the world will lend their clients (C buyers) the money to buy a property from my LLC, if my LLC has not had vested title for at least 90 days.
We have gone back and forth with her on how FHA has lifted their moratorium and how our title company does not have a problem issuing a title policy. We are so close to closing this one, our very first short sale closing, that we want to keep these buyers.
She said that if we could provide her with a A-B Hud 1 and V-C Hud 1 then she will present it to her buyers lender as proof that lenders do fund these deals. Anyone have any AB/BC Hud's lying around they can send me???
Kind of a strange request I know, but this is a big deal and I dont want to see these buyers walk!!
