Can someone help me get title on abandon moblie homes?

Fellow investors. I have a opertunity to take over 20 abandon moblie homes in a park. The park ower wants nothing to do with them. 

how do I obtian clear title or the right to get a clear title ? Anything to point me in the right dirsction would be great.
