My first foreclosure auction
ok so today was my first time going to a foreclosure auction. I did my research and brought my cashiers check. I went there just to gain information about the process on the auction and a little expierence. I really didn't have any intention of buying the property seeing how this was my first auction. I looked at the property about a hr before the auction was set to start. No one was there yet which I thought was weird. I left than came back a hour later to see that I was literally the only bidder. Is this typical for a foreclosure auction? It kind of spooked me about to be honest. I was not expecting to be the only one.
