Deadline approaching: Xome auction - closing timeline

I am getting a 203k loan and my finance guy says they need 60 days to close the loan due to delays in getting quotes, etc. Xome tells me they will only do a 30 day close, they won't extend that. If I enter this, and don't close, I lose my earnest money of $2,500.

Any advice? Anyone get an extended close? Creative solutions? Anything? I have 3 hours from this post to make my decision. This is something that just came to my attention, and I'm working on a deadline.
