Closing an REO with HomeSteps?

I am 8 days away from closing with Homesteps/Freddy Mac. It is all cash. Does anyone have any experience to share about how the close went with their title co - First American Asset Closing Services? They buy the owner's title insurance which I intend to accept if I use their agent. Any pitfalls to look out for?
