Would like to know where I can get a current list of which banks took tarp money? Interested in doing short sale flips but need to stay away from properties that have buyers in the HAFA program after being turned down from a HAMP (loan mod). This law is now in effect as of April 8, 2010 and good till Dec 2012 in which a property can not be resold within 90 days. This also does apply to FHA short sale properties...

Its funny FHA had the 90 day resale lifed on their REO's back in Jan. but placed it on the short sales now. Looks like we know where the focus is for the next year or so..hmm
