Need help Finding Pre-Foreclosure List

Hi BP Community!! I am new BP member who is looking to get into wholesaling and short sales. This site has been super informational for me as I start my new venture. Everywhere I read is giving me an insight on what lenders are looking for in wholesalers and how to succeed as one. My main question is many people are taking about short sales and pre foreclosures but where are they getting this so called “list” of pre foreclosures from. I understand using signs and websites to generate leads but I’m ready to knock on doors to find motivated sellers. My dismay is finding this List so that I can knock on the right doors. I would really appreciate anyone’s input on how they find this list or how you find pre foreclosures efficiently. Thank you BP community!!
