Hello all. First post in here. I have several lenders I work with that dispose of their REO's through my companies services.

I can get the following assets at the following rates:

REO's nationwide @ 65% of value
Redemptions nationwide @ 63% of value
non-perfroming notes 1st and 2nd position

Here is the catch...you must be able to purchase in bulk. Typical package will be around $10M per month for REO's.
