Hello how's it going BP? I just have a pretty simple question. I Stay in Ventura County California (SoCal) Im not really seeing much investor activity here but I am trying to find out who else I can ask about a investor friendly title company that i can use for a simultaneous or double closing in this area? I am taking action steps to flip REO's but i know that finding a good title company is a must! Thanks for your time!- Carlos
