Auction upset price / opening bid info

Hi,

I went to a few auctions in NJ & i obtained a list of the properties that's gonna go into auction that day (sheriff online).

Now I know that typically the upset price is not being disclosed before the the sale (only the judgment amount is showing).

I also know that some Attorneys would give out the upset price a day before or the day of the sale vs others wont.

But i know for a fact that there is a way of obtaining it all the upset prices, since i saw someone having all of them before the sale started.

Could someone please guide me i  which direction to start looking for them?

Thanks in advance
